Ok, so here we are in beautiful central Tennessee. Cookeville, to be exact. A lot of history here. Home of Tennessee Tech University, lots of great restaurants, impressive art and theater district. WOW! Who knew you could find all this in little 'o Cookeville.
We love it here. We took this shot of Broad street in January '10. Earlier this year we went back and I took some shots of Bob, my wonderful Hubby and Roy our old dog who is completely deaf now. He's old! We also added the famous "Cream City sign" from a different angle to get it into this shot. Several of these 12"x60" images were sold by Arlene Dubo in her Art a-la-carts Art gallery. It's the orange/red building just to the left of the Cream City sign. She has some wonderful artist work for sale there.
This June we moved my mom here from Chicago and she loves the senior citizen center with all it activities. Since we moved here 2 years ago from Tampa Fl. we've spent most of our time building our home/office/printing and framing workspace. Now that it time for "THE SEASON" I'll be headed up to the Washington Area again to meet with many of my portrait clients for the holiday season.
